Résumé :	The earliest pioneers of 20th-century design are the subject of this book, which is devoted to the development of avant-garde design from 1880 to 1930. On display are almost 200 originals from the collection of the Dusseldorf art dealer and collector, Torsten Brohan. They include the MT8 table-lamps by Wilhelm Wagenfeld and tubular steel furniture by Marcel Breuer.
